Who operates Explore Flo

Explore Flo is operated by Matt Furby, who is the controller for the personal information described here.

What the public window collects

The page is static. It has no account, form or place for you to enter personal information.

It does not use cookies, browser local storage, analytics, advertising or behavioural tracking.

Cloudflare serves and protects the page and may process ordinary technical request information, such as:

• your IP address;
• browser and device information;
• the page or asset requested; and
• the date and time of the request.

Why this information is processed

The technical information is processed to make the page available, maintain its security and operate this limited public-window test.

The working lawful basis is legitimate interests: providing and protecting the static page while learning whether the small test works clearly and safely.

Optional feedback

Feedback is optional. When you choose to send feedback by email, message or conversation, it is used only to understand what felt clear, what stayed with you and where you naturally wanted to go next.

Please do not include health information or anything private that you would not want held in an email or message.

How long information is kept

Flo does not create or download a separate visitor log for this test. Cloudflare may retain limited technical information according to the service settings needed to deliver and protect the page.

Raw voluntary feedback may be retained until 30 days after the test closes. Useful themes may then be kept anonymously, while unnecessary names, contact details and message copies are deleted.

Who receives information

Cloudflare processes technical request information as the hosting and security provider. Cloudflare operates internationally and its applicable terms include data-protection safeguards.

Feedback sent through email or messaging is also processed by the service used to send and receive that message.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal information, and to object to its use.

Technical request data may not always allow Flo to identify an individual visitor. Questions and requests can be sent to info@nakedfit.co.uk.

Complaints

Please contact Matt first so the concern can be understood and addressed. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Creator

Creator is not part of this public-window test. The public page does not send visitors into Creator or collect personal Moments.
